Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how LineCoup handles information when you use the LineCoup iOS application and related services. LineCoup is a private space for a current pair; user content is not public.
2. Information we process
- App and pairing information: device and app identifiers, display name, pairing code status, current pair membership, settings, and service state.
- Private shared content: photos, voice messages, drawings, answers, notes, countdowns, signals, and game progress that you choose to share with your current partner.
- Location: precise location only when you use the distance feature and choose to update it. LineCoup does not continuously publish your location.
- Notifications: push token and delivery state needed for private partner updates.
- Purchases: product, transaction, subscription, entitlement, renewal, expiration, refund, and restore status. We do not receive full payment-card details.
- Usage and diagnostics: privacy-filtered product events, reliability information, and crash/error diagnostics. We do not include private message content, pairing codes, precise location, receipts, or credentials in product analytics.
3. How we use information
We process information to pair devices, deliver private shared features, synchronize game and couple state, verify Premium access, restore purchases, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve product reliability.
4. Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, push notifications, subscription management, product analytics, and diagnostics, including Apple, Google/Firebase and Google Cloud, RevenueCat, PostHog, OneSignal, and Sentry where enabled. They process only the information needed to provide their service under their own terms and privacy commitments.
5. Sharing and sale
Private couple content is shared only with the currently paired partner and service providers required to operate the requested feature. We do not sell personal information and do not use LineCoup data for cross-app advertising tracking.
6. Retention and deletion
Shared content is retained while needed to provide the couple space. Disconnecting removes couple-owned shared server content as described in the app. Purchase, security, fraud-prevention, and operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. You can disconnect, delete available account/app data, and remove local app data from within LineCoup. For a privacy or deletion request, email support@broox.group.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted production access, secret storage, and server-side entitlement validation. No service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
LineCoup is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required to consent to data processing in their region.
9. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and provider relationship.
10. Your choices
You can decline optional permissions, stop location updates, manage notification permission, restore or manage subscriptions through Apple, disconnect your pair, delete available data, and contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as LineCoup changes. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
