Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of LineCoup. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.

2. Eligibility and private pair

You must be legally permitted to use LineCoup. Each device may participate in one current couple space at a time. You are responsible for sharing pairing codes only with your intended partner and for activity from your device.

3. User content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide LineCoup, secure the service, resolve support issues, and comply with law. You must have the right to share the content and must not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse LineCoup, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, impersonate another person, abuse a partner, evade subscription checks, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.

5. Premium subscriptions

LineCoup may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, billing period, and trial eligibility are displayed by the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

One active purchaser may share Premium with only the purchaser's current LineCoup partner. The purchaser keeps owned access after disconnect; the former partner loses shared access. Expiration, refund, or revocation removes the corresponding Premium entitlement.

6. Refunds

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests under Apple's policies and applicable law. We cannot access full payment-card details or independently reverse an Apple charge.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove, or suspend features for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Disclaimer and liability

LineCoup is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, third-party outages, or content shared by users, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using LineCoup at any time. We may restrict access for serious misuse, security risk, legal obligation, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Armenia, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply where you live.
